Bruce Trost is a retired Army counselor who received a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Maine in Orono in 2007. He has been working in the mental health field since 1979 and is currently a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and Certified Clinical Supervisor. He is trained in Dialectic Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy, and ascribes to the whole person treatment concept.
