Providing Services throughout the Central Maine area
ESM’s Residential Services provides services to individuals with chronic mental illness who need supportive services and training to maintain a community placement. The individual will need to be referred by the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) for residential services.
ESM has several licensed assisted living homes, as well as PNMIs (Private Non-Medical Institution).
Services provided will be addressed in each individual’s service plan and may include assistance with transportation, activities of daily living, medication management, community integration, etc. The intent of the residential program is to improve overall level of function and enhance quality of life in a true community setting.
