Daily Living Support Services

ESM’s Daily Living Support Services (DLSS) is a community in-home support program serving individuals with mental illness beginning at age 20 through their life span. DLSS serves individuals with supports to increase their independence in areas such as independent living skills, transitional living skills, assisted daily living skills, social skills, behavior management, organizational skills, and reintegration back into the community from an institutional setting.

DLSS staff will assess the client’s needs within the context of their living environment. DLSS services are based on the individual needs of each client. ESM can provide support for as little as three hours per day or up to 16 hours per day.
